Krista Weidman of SnowProperty.com and Jackie Kirby of Serene Lakes Realty in Soda Springs have formed a strategic alliance to better serve our clients and retain market share on Donner Summit and the West Slope. We specialize in mountain property along the I-80 corridor in Placer and Nevada Counties. Communities we normally work are Gold Run, Dutch Flat, Alta, Baxter, Blue Canyon, Emigrant Gap, Yuba Gap, Cisco Grove, Kingvale, Soda Springs, Norden, Serene Lakes, Donner Lake and Truckee.

Either Krista or Jackie will always be available to help answer questions, show property to prospective buyers or meet with clients. Krista is a long time nature lover and animal lover. In her spare time, she enjoys downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking and gardening. Krista mostly enjoys hanging out with her three dogs, Daisy, Donner and Bodhi. She resides near Blue Canyon, CA (where the live weather broadcasts often are during winter) on over 10 acres that border the Tahoe National Forest. She is a proud member of Amnesty International, Sierra Club, NRDC and the Jane Goodall Institute. Krista holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Bucknell University and attends continuing education classes in real estate regularly.

Jackie has been the owner of Serene Lake Realty on Donner Summit, the oldest real estate brokerage on Donner Summit, for the last 10 years. She has over 19 years real estate sales and marketing experience. When she's not working, which is not often, Jackie loves hanging out with her kids. She currently resides both in Serene Lakes and in Rocklin.
